Circumference is a collaborative event for musicians, visual artists, and digital media doers to showcase their work, network with fellow artists and agencies, collaborate and gain crucial exposure, all while enjoying a festival style atmosphere.
It's a stage
Circumference will be an opportunistic, advantageous event that will provide a stage for rising musicians and artists to showcase, network and build contacts within their discipline. The main objective is to expand opportunities and access to them, by bringing together various representatives, vendors, performers, and artists in a conference style setting with festival style performances.
It's a celebration
Circumference celebrates the diversity and convergence of the music, arts and digital media industries in Santa Cruz County and dedicates itself to helping creative individuals reach their goals.
It's a network
Circumference is an event that will forge artistic connections, provide opportunities for self promotion, collaboration, performance, and overall enhance the artistic frequency in the city of Santa Cruz.
Oh ya, and its a fundraiser
A portion of every ticket sold will go to the SCCAAE (Santa Cruz County Alliance for Arts Education). An award winning organization dedicated to preserving Arts education in schools K-12 throughout Santa Cruz County. The remainder of event proceeds will be donated back to the Tannery Arts Center.
